Mercy is a phone app that keeps the history: it snapshots your career profile over time, so it can chart your rank per role and show the before and after of a single play session. It also works without an account and stores what you follow on the device rather than in a profile on someone else’s server.

You tap Start Session before you queue and end it when you stop playing. Mercy snapshots your career profile at both ends and shows the difference: games played, win-loss record, and the rank you gained or lost per role. A session you do not want counted can be discarded. The session tracker is part of Mercy Pro.

After a session, Mercy Pro writes a short read of it: what the numbers say and one thing to work on. There is a longer note across your recent sessions, and a briefing on what the newest patch did to the heroes you play. Only the numbers leave the device: games, win rate, KDA movement, rank changes. Your BattleTag is never sent, and neither is anything you typed. If the model is unavailable you still get the same summary, written by the app instead.

Enabling it registers your device and your followed players with the notification server; turning it off removes that registration again.

Mercy reads both PC and console career profiles and shows them side by side, across the Americas, Europe and Asia regions. Competitive and Quick Play stats are both included, and the app itself is available in 15 languages.

It stays on your phone. Mercy runs no accounts and no user database, so followed players, recorded sessions, rank snapshots and settings are written to local storage on the device only. Nothing syncs between devices, and uninstalling the app deletes everything it stored.
